Event Founder

This special category of sponsor is reserved for companies contributing at least $2,500 in cash and a total of at least $5000 cash/in-kind prizes or material.  In addition to all the promotional and advertising benefits afforded the Event Sponsor, this level of sponsorship provides the opportunity for the company to incorporate their name into the event title to be used on all advertising medium and recognition in all media releases.

Event Sponsor

Event Sponsors contributing $1,000 or more in cash or in-kind service/materials receive the following benefits and exposure for their company:

Company logo will appear on the following Laramie Enduro materials:

• LE event T-shirts
• Poster, Brochures, and/or Flyers announcing the event
• All race related handouts to participants and volunteers
• Race banner displayed at all race related events, all other events sponsored by the LE, and several regional races
  

Additional benefits include:

• Recognition at the opening and post-race ceremonies
• Name, logo, contact info, and company website link on the LE website home and sponsors’ pages
• Opportunity to set up a booth and/or display a company banner at the race start/finish/post-race festivities
• Inclusion of business flyers and/or coupons in the volunteer and rider 'swag' bags
• 10 event t-shirts
• 2 complimentary race registrations
• Sponsorship appreciation certificate

Sag Support Sponsor

Sag Support Sponsors contributing $500 in cash or in-kind service/materials receive the following:

Company logo will appear on the following Laramie Enduro materials:

• LE race T-shirts
• Brochures and/or Flyers announcing the event
• Race banner displayed at the pre- and post-race ceremonies

Additional benefits include:

• Name listed on Posters announcing the event
• Recognition at the post-race ceremonies
• Name, logo, and company website link on the Enduro website sponsors’ page
• Opportunity to display a company banner at the race start/finish/post-race festivities
• Inclusion of business flyers and/or coupons in the volunteer and rider 'swag' bags
• 5 event t-shirts
• 1 complimentary race registration

Rest Stop Sponsor

Rest Stop Sponsors contributing $250 in cash or in-kind service/materials receive the following:

Company name will appear on the following Laramie Enduro materials:

• LE race T-shirts
• Brochures announcing the event

Additional benefits include:

• Company logo included on the race banner displayed at the pre- and post-race ceremonies
• Inclusion of business flyers and/or coupons in the volunteer and rider 'swag' bags
